The African Journal of Army Medicine is intended to publish scientific articles on all areas of health related to African armies.
Its aim is to stimulate scientific research among all African military physicians, especially those in direct contact with populations in remote areas where they are likely to discover pathologies that are little documented or not yet documented. The African Journal of Army Medicine is also a framework for the exchange and promotion of good medical practices within African armies.
To this end, it remains an open access online journal. Four issues devoted to original articles, clinical cases, historical articles, literature reviews, didactic articles, opinions and letters to the editor are published each year.
The African Journal of Army Medicine is bilingual, French and English.
